What kind of uterine Shrinkage is the precursor delivery?

i will birth a new baby after 9 days ,and now i alrealy feeled pain in my belly once on hour,but i have read some book that said
there will be fatal uterine shrinkage before delivery.so What kind of uterine Shrinkage is the precursor delivery? when is the right
time i need to go to the hospital?

Are you in the hospital yet? You should go check it out if you are totally uncomfortable and if these pains are happening every hour. Just go in and have it checked out.

yes ,i am in the hospital now for 4 days. and every day there is pain ,but don't have a siginal to birth.and the doctor can't tell me why ,just let me wait .

Everything is ok now ,i have birth of a son on 2 Dec, me and child are all safe now.
