Salary range for Ayis

Hello
Please can any one offer an idea of what is the going rates for live in and part Time Ayi. Specifically full time live in. But I would love to know any other rates for different hours. I have looked at what some of the agencies charge and wonder how much of that actually goes to the Ayi?

We have a live-in ayi who we hired from an agency. Payment to the agency is 1,700 yuan per month. The ayi works 6 days a week, mostly from 6:45am to 8:30 pm. I believe the ayi receives 1,400 of that fee.

Live out
8 hours a day, 6 days a week,
including childcare, cooking, cleaning
I have heard everything from 1200 - 2000 per month
Taxi home if after a certain hour
Agencies vary, some take 200 others 300 a month, it says it in the contract very clearly.

Can anyone recommend an agency? And do you have any tips on what beware issues to look for when hiring through an agency? What warnings? Thanks.
