Anyone with teenagers?

Hello everyone,
I don't know if there is anyone on this forum, who, like me, is a parent of teenagers, but I thought it might be a good idea to add a subsection "teenagers" to this forum. What do you think?
Still being fairly new to China and Beijing in particular I am also very interested to know how to meet other people since no more young kids' activities to get involved in where I can make new friends myself. Beijing is not supposed to be boring, but it is also not much fun exploring on your own 
. Most "networking groups" only meet once a month.

I think that would be a good idea for this site, me being a 15 year old american.

I wonder if the school your teenager attends hosts several events--a lot of schools have festivals, contests, book fairs, and dances that are open for parents to mingle with other parents accompanied by their kids. If you check out tbjkids events, you'll find a ton of sports clubs and camps for your teenager, and it's a great way for you to meet parents as well.
I've found it's not that difficult to make friends in Beijing with other expats--most of us have a limited amount of time here and want to get the most out of our time here.
