Hire cars with drivers and babyseats

My sister is coming to visit me here in Beijing and she's bringing her 3 month old baby with her - does anyone know if cars are available for hire with a driver and a baby seat?

Not a direct answer.
But I am a mother of two small children (17 months and 3 months)
We always travel with our own car seat.
The most important thing then is to get a car that has rear seat belts to secure the car seat.
If a taxi does not have a seat belt, the safest thing is to wedge the car seat behind the driver.
For toddlers over 1, you can use a joeysafe car harness, but still need rear seat belts for that to work.
