yesterday my friend called me that her sister came to china last week,she is a Philippine handmaid ! she want to find a job here! she can do baby siter here! who can help her? thanks

Does she have a work visa? I looked into this issue a few years ago and was told that it's difficult to get a Z-visa for a foreign domestic worker since China has plenty of citizens who can do the same job. So while Hong Kong is full of English-speaking Filipina ayas, most ayis in Beijing are Chinese citizens.

You could create an ad and post it in places that cater to foreigners, like the grocery stores selling imported goods. For instance, the grocery store in the Lido complex has a board where people stick recruitment ads for ayis and drivers. Some of the Jenny Lou's and April Gourmet stores might also allow you to post flyers.
And, of course, you could place an ad in the classified section of this website.
