Poplar Kids Republic Bookstore 蒲蒲兰绘本馆

One of China’s first and most extensive children’s bookstores. More than 3,000 illustrated storybooks from Europe, America, Japan and China are on sale, including favorites such as The Very Hungry Caterpillar, The Giving Tree, and Badger’s Painting Gifts. The store encourages children and their parents to stop by, read together and enjoy the in-store facilities, which include a comfortable play area. On weekends, a free storytelling hour is offered and often followed up with arts and crafts activities.
