On weekdays, this Singaporean joint is packed with diplomats and professionals, but at lunch on weekends it’s taken over by kid-toting huaqiao feasting on nasi goreng, curry puffs and Hainan chicken. Surprisingly, they serve a pretty satisfying hamburger. The forgiving staff are happy to let your kids check out the fish tank.
