I've had a bad experience with bjayi.com, though not with the Ayi herself, but with a sales woman, who came to our house and asked my (Chinese) wife why she married me (Serbian) and not some American or German or French, and how much money I make, and where I work, and what time I come home from work, and whether we can expense the Ayi to my employer... Some of these companies are really not looking out for your best interest, especially those focu$ed mo$tly on expat$.
We've hired temporary Ayis from our xiao qu and they were better than Ayis from bjayi.com which focuses mostly on expats. Further, my impression was that despite the claims on their web site (training, insurance for Ayis, etc), bjayi.com does not treat their Ayis with respect.
