Offers a bilingual, bicultural curriculum that fuses Western and Eastern approaches to teaching, and focuses on the development of the whole child, incorporating art, drama, music and science activities. Preschool and kindergarten students spend half the day with American teachers in an English-language environment and half the day with Chinese teachers in a Chinese-language environment. The Nursery Program is a play-based, active learning program and the nursery classroom has both a native Chinese-speaking and a native English-speaking teacher. The school is launching an elementary program, starting with grades 1 and 2 in Fall 2008. The learning environment includes a child-sized kitchen, a gym, music rooms and a large outdoor play space.
